Alternis International Warranty:

Alternis comes with a warranty of 24 months from the date of purchase on your watch movement.

The warranty does not apply in case of: theft or loss; battery failure; intentional damage; damages as a result of improper usage such as scratching, bumping or falling; normal wear and tear or aging of the used materials; discoloration of the leather strap due to water contact; or damages as a result of neglected care.

In case of questions regarding returns and warranty, the buyer can always contact the Alternis customer care team via the website.

Crystal/Watchcase:

To clean the crystal or watchcase we recommend first removing the watch straps.  Use a warm dampened cloth to gently wipe clean.  Avoid immersing or the case of the watch regardless of water resistance.

*We do not advise using chemical components as they may react adversely with the plating of the watch, potentially stripping the finish.
